Ms. Jackson is the visionary founder of Million Dollar Moxie, a firm dedicated to empowering fundraisers to exceed expectations and supporting emerging leaders in the field. She and her teams have raised over $100M for organizations around the world, earning Dionne the nickname, “The $100 Million Woman.” Million Dollar Moxie is her winning formula of best practices, business strategy, and fresh, creative thinking that has helped her surpass goals and exceed expectations throughout her career as a professional fundraiser.
Dionne conceptualized Million Dollar Moxie in 2012 while serving as Vice-President for Institutional Advancement at the University of the Virgin Islands and not finding resources to help her and her team continue meeting expectations amidst institutional budget cuts. Throughout her professional experiences, she realized that many organizations—regardless of size—are in need of services offered through Million Dollar Moxie.
Dionne has also produced “Fundraising the Master Class” an online course designed to deliver high-quality professional development content to experienced and emerging fundraisers across the country.
Dionne is passionate about philanthropy and is a wife and mom to an affectionate short haired tuxedo cat named Vegas. She is a graduate of Vassar College, Brooklyn College, and Cornell University and pays it forward every day through her career in philanthropy.
